Why does wendell and vinnie curse

To those say they are aiming at younger kids. If one fails to look at the rating that's not on the TV show. From the first two minutes of the show I knew this was geared toward older kids and adults. Not sure if Disney would allow damn, I don't think they have yet, though you never know. On the BMW reruns they aired a while back they did air shows with more mature subjects and topics. Sometimes the episodes were edited sometimes they were not. There is a certain level of trust when a show is aired on a Kid channel, so it is to be expected Parents are not going to and shouldn't have to look.

As for GMW, Don't expect too much. Most of the early BMW was rather tame. They always hide it by random noises now. This is my sig But with all this genius behind the show, it had to get cancelled. Probably a ratings or viewers issue or something, but let's talk about the hatred of this show.

Forgive me if I sound like a Justin Bieber fangirl here, but the people who hated on this show are people who can't get their heads out of their asses, and hate on modern Nick program just because it's modern, and it comes from the channel that apparently "ruined their childhoods". They complained about this show because someone supposedly got pregnant and someone said "Damn" or drank alcohol or something like that. That's why it aired in the night, isn't it?

There's a little program called Nick Nite, you know. And plus, you complain when a kids show isn't adult enough, but when there's a kid show that has some adult humor in there this show is more for adults, but let's just say it's for kids for this example , you complain about the adult appeal in there. Don't believe me? Well, someone on Facebook commented about the Rabbids shoving an egg back up a rooster's behind in the Rabbids Invasion cartoon.

Well, I've never seen that show, but maybe it's for kids AND adults. Sorry about that little rant, but ever since I heard about the hate for Wendell and Vinnie, I had all this built-up rage that I had to let out. Anyways, after the cancellation, the show was brought to the TeenNick channel, the burial ground for old cancelled Nickelodeon and Nick Nite shows. Well, it's now off. How sad. You were a great show. Bambifan 4 June This show, like Sanjay and Craig, is both new and bad.

It's not. Not at all. Jerry Trainer being in both shows is the only thing they share, besides being on Nick and having laugh tracks.

Why this and Robot and Monster both get a rating of 6. This show and Sanjay and Craig have both gotta go. This show's rating should switch with Teletubbies, and Robot and Monster should stitch with Gordy. End of story. Georgeprknight 17 June I watched the first 2 episodes of that show and was waiting for it to finish. Because it was so bad, I stopped watching Nick. To be honest, I found it quite funny. So I gave this show a shot. So I watched the first episode of it, and it sucked.

The choice of language is inappropriate for children and it should be taken into consideration to improve this show. These are not the faults of the actors for they are just an instrument to complete this show. The writers should be able to display positive comedy for children rather than using cheap tricks to gain some laughter. Shows can make children laugh and learn at the same time, but so far this show's negatives stand out more than the actual moral value it tries to illustrate.

I recommend a parent watching a few episodes before they even let their child watch this. What children's show refers to "Sxxs and the City? Fun Nerdy kid trying to be nerdy and his uncle jerry trainer vinnie good for 9 and up but he does say ass and hell sometimes sex is the big prob though.

Adult Written by deliriumsfrogs April 22, Filled With Inappropriate Content Just tried watching this with my 9 and 8 year old daughters on Hulu.

After the second episode, it was quite clear that this was definitely not a show I feel comfortable watching with them. I was very surprised, since Nick markets this show as a family friendly sitcom. To me, porn, references to 'sex and the city', and talk of fridges filled with beer aren't what I expect when I turn on a Nick show. At least we were able to talk about why it isn't something we want to watch Inappropriate for little kids I realize that all parents are different when it comes to allowing kids to hear curses and innuendo.

My daughter asked if we could watch it, so I said we would watch to see if it was appropriate. We watched for 10 minutes and turned it off.

It was a shame because if it were clean, we may have been able to watch it together as a family because some of the jokes were cute. But I guess the show is aimed at an older crowd, like teenagers.

Adult Written by goaliemon00mrtc April 13, The sister of Vinnie, whatever her name is, is constantly trying to have sex with any single man with money. Vinnie is also trying to get laid. Adult Written by Concernedparent April 7, Parent of a 8 and year-old Written by IloveHarlequin March 29, Parents be warned about this show! After watching two episodes of this show I have decided that my kids will not be allowed to watch this show.

The first show we watched, I will admitted I was not paying to much attention to. It was the pilot, so when the show came on again the following week my kids wanted to watch it. In the first 30 seconds of the show, BAM a curse word pops out of Jerry's mouth. I was so shocked that I actually rewound the show just to make sure I was not hearing things. Sure enough, he said what he said. And yes I realize that kids of this generation have heard it all but when I let my kids watch a "supposed" children's network I should not have to monitor the shows on that channel.

I know when my kids sit down to watch Disney I have nothing to fear. And the argument if you don't like the show don't watch it So it seems like the only problem with the show is that it comes on near Supah Ninjas and Marvin Marvin. Problem solved! Wendell and Vinnie rocks! It needs to air at a later time and with the Nick at Night shows. But I agree that Marvin Marvin is horrible and needs to be cancelled.

Damn is a very mild curse, kids on xbox say worse. This is hardly the first time either, it was used in the spongebob movie and Disney used the word jackass in Even stevens. The cupcake part You are reading too much into something innocent. I've only seen two episodes, but I will admit I was surprised at some of the adult themes for a nick show.

Maybe the show just hasn't found its footing yet.
